1. Token Amount / Booking Fees

Refundable only if seller backs out or the property is found legally non-viable.

2. Service Fees (e.g., visit, listing)

Non-refundable once service is delivered.

3. Property Purchase

No refund after property agreement/registry is initiated.

4. Cancellation by User

Must be informed in writing or via registered email within 24 hrs of payment (for refundable services).

5. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
